I appreciate your suggestions or bug reports, it will help me to improve the software. If you suspect that something is not working correctly in the application, let me know. My time dedicated for testing the application is limited and can’t cover all situations that may occur.
Please note that nobody from us is able to provide individual support and consultancy related to the software use or electronic circuit modifications. We cannot reply to such requests.
The RDS Spy has been originally written for my professional needs like RDS equipment testings and FM monitoring purposes. The idea of providing the application for public use came early as I was engaged in FM DX for many years and the lack of similar stand-alone Windows applications was a fundamental issue. It should be noted at this point that there are at least three other free applications of similar kind for Windows. These are Java-based RDS Surveyor, a specialized RDSDX and a pioneering RDS Decoder from Esslinger. Please give me a note if you know another. Equally, I welcome original articles or links to information about experience with the RDS Spy as well as with RDS system in general.
Although the RDS Spy is provided as a freeware also for commercial use, please always keep in mind these points:
- You may redistribute the application only with original documentation and a link to the original location (rdsspy.com).
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent or lease this application or any part.
- The rdsspy.exe sources are not available anywise.
- The author is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of the application or its documentation.
The application is protected by copyright laws, trademark and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Use of the application constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to abide by them.
