PS and PTY history added. Many small improvements made.

Illegal characters in PS no longer cause application crash on data save if %ps tag is used as a file name. Super PI detector has been added. New section “Create a Plugin” brings all information about how to write own plugins for the application.

Recording to SMP file type added, PI reset behaviour improved, some minor improvements made.

RDS Spy version 0.9 has been released for public use. Please note that it’s still a development version. Any bug reports or suggestions are welcome!
